This is great! I don't even care if they don't update it. The GBA version or PS version were alright.

OMFG new sprites. I'm so getting this.

The sprites are horrible. I hoped FFV would dodge the nerf in art by being a GBA port, but, alas, it got "enhanced."

    It's total horsecrud.

I mean, let's be honest here: the battle sprites don't look half-bad, they just look kind of dopey and unfinished. This is a magazine scan, so it's hard to judge exactly how it will look right now.

But the overworld sprites are just disgusting. Seriously... it's like they made this in Adobe Flash. Even the FF4 PSP version sprites looked better than this. I really hope that these are unfinished pictures, because without some cel shading, it's gonna be terrible.

Even the artwork looks cheap. It's too three-dimensional and there's not enough shading. It resembles Yo****aka Amano's artwork, but it lacks the polish. And why did Princess Lenna's hair color change again!? First pink, then blonde, and now white.

The battle interface is awful! No color, no shading, stupid auto-battle system hand-holding for babies and retards that like to play phone games, and it's way too simplistic. The GBA version was much truer to the original.

I don't think the GBA version is on the Nintendo eShop, and I don't wanna buy the FF Anthology PSN version since I still have my hard copy, so if they bring this to android, I might just cave and get it. Really enjoyed FFV, so playing it again with a more polished look and script with the few extras is something I would like.

In regards to auto-battle, as always, I believe it's just an optional feature. FF Dimensions has it, but I don't use it, so meh *shrugs*

So this came out for iOS, now the question is when is the Android version coming out

Who cares. It's still ugly as sin and unplayable as tar. Still haven't convinced me to let go of playing my GBA port (the definitive version).

ETA: PSP/VITA port with PS1 movies?

Why did they censor the game?
