I pre-ordered Lost Sphear for the Nintendo Switch and paid for priority shipping (2-5) days. After 7 days I contacted support since I still hadn't received any shipping/tracking notification. Shortly afterward I received an email saying that my order had been canceled per my instructions and I'd get a refund. WTF?! DO YOU PEOPLE READ?! I never once asked for a cancellation or a refund. All I asked for was shipping/tracking information.

And now the game is out of stock. F This. Hopefully I'll have better luck with Project Octopath Traveler.
