I've had Nier: Automata sitting in my library for a while now as it wouldn't run on my old system, but now I have a new laptop (while I save up for a better desktop) which runs an AMD GPU.

While not ideal this is what I will have to deal with for at least a couple of years. The problem arises when I try to play the game and enter display settings, the game does not detect my dedicated GPU and I tried everything on the book to try and get it to work (roll-back driver update, deactivate Intel driver, turning on switchable-graphics, etc...). I'm at wits end trying to figure out how to fix this

these are my system specs:

Model - Dell inspiron 17 5000 series
CPU - Intel Core i7 7550U (2.7GHz) (running latest drivers)
RAM - 8GB DDR3
GPU - AMD Radeon R7 M440 (running latest drivers (Adrenalin version))

Thanks in advance for any advice
