Long story short there was an issue with my address and how UPS has been labeling it so I did not get a copy of FF12 PS4 I ordered.
I followed procedure and filed an investigation/claim with UPS. They told me they could not help.

So I put in a report with Square customer service asking for it to be replaced along with the correct address and how to label it.

I got no response.

Days later I get an email "How did your experience go?" with a link to a survey.

I'm going to say not great considering nobody answered. Any ideas?
