While I was online today, I received a 90k error and was kicked out of the game. When trying to reconnect to the data center, I was forced out by an authentication error and when trying to log back in, received a message about suspicious activity on my account. I have yet to receive an email about instructions as the message claims, and I've tried changing my password twice. I tried calling and it says the line is busy and also put in two tickets. I can't even log in to cancel service. So it looks like I'll be paying to be locked out of my account for no reason whatsoever?
