Just wondering about this Music Album.

I was just wondering about this music album by the artist going by Nuematsu.

    Baby Relax - Vol. 2

Is this really Uematsu? Can some one confirm for me whether this is an official release from him?

Cannot confirm for you, but a colleague of mine checked his Japanese wikipedia site, which is quite extensive, but could not find any mention of any such album.

Anything children related I could find were his solo project called "Nobuo Uematsu 10 Short Stories" and a children song called "Asita no Tenki" (Tomorrow's Weather), which is on a CD by various Japanese artists called "TEN PLANTS 2 CHILDREN SONGS".

Sorry I could not be of more help.

I thought so. Thanks for the help I was wondering whether if it was a release by him and it seems that it isn't based on the info you just gave me. It could be some one taking his work and making money off of it.

Like you say, all the songs are made by him but cannot say if the label was allowed to compile these songs. I tried checking his fan page, but the email listed there would only answer questions related to the fan club.

Have you checked Twitter? Maybe you can ask there, despite it mostly being in Japanese?
