    HITMAN FULL EXPERIENCE REDEMPTION PROBLEMS

    I couldn't find anything regarding this issue so here's the problem. I bought the INTRO pack on steam already and then recently I just decided to get the FULL EXPERIENCE through that AMD promotion, so I input the code on steam which is for the FULL game but the popup says that I already own HITMAN which is true sort of. If anyone has found a workaround for this can you help me out or if one of you devs sees this could you fix it. I don't wanna have to repurchase the upgrade pack through steam.

    If you have a Intro pack, you can only activate Update pack. Maybe.. Create new profile in Steam for Full experience?

    Talking Steam into a refund for Full Experience, and Deleting it from your account, and implementing Upgrade Pack might work... so if you have a gripe with the Full Experience being bought and also, the Upgrade Pack, a support Ticket to Steam, clarifying that you made an 'errant purchase' of Full Experience, when you have the Upgrade Pack, might sit well with Steam, and get you a refund of Full Experience, and allow you to activate Upgrade Pack, on the same account.

    creating a new account on Steam would leave with Zero games purchased, and you'd have to buy it all over again, it doesn't migrate account libraries.
