    Mr Jefferson vs Diane Arbus

Okay so I was looking at theories on YouTube, a lot of them are very interesting!

    Then I found this video:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IoA1bSd4gco

The last theory being spoken about how Jefferson actually says "taking someone in a moment of desperation is bull" literally right at the beginning of Episode 1. Of course when first playing it is overlooked... As the class goes on he states that it is "too easy" to capture an image of a desperate person and says "I could frame any one of you in a dark corner and capture you in a moment of desperation. And any one of you could do that to me."

Victoria gives Diane Arbus's work as an example of capturing tortured humanity, hopeless faces.

Maybe Jefferson actually uses Diane Arbus's work as an inspiration for his own! Or even he tries to out do her work and show her the faces of truly tortured souls.

What do you think about the theory?

I think this is generally called foreshadowing, but it's very likely that Mr. Jefferson is inspired by her. We all have our heroes and the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
Life is what you make of it, or atleast try to make of it.

Not actually. He said that her point of view on the world is bull.
