I purchased my copy of FFXI about 3 months ago now. I never recieved an email with a redemtion code for my destrier beret, while others have gotten thiers.

Please get back to me in regards to this.

Your best way to get help with this issue is to submit a ticket through the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.


At the following link, submit your issue to the support team: support.na.square-enix.com/contact.php?i... (https://support.na.square-enix.com/contact.php?id=20&la=1)


Enter in the following: Category: Products & Services Sub Category: Promotional Contact Details: Destrier Beret acquisition


On the page that follows, select "Next" at the bottom of the page, then select "Proceed to E-Mail Support".

I did that already. I spoke to SE on the phone and they said that i have to do it through Digital River, I am assuming they are running this site under SE or something.

You can get your registration at www.findmyorder.com (http://www.findmyorder.com)


If you do not remember your order number, you can enter your e-mail address, and the last 5 digits of your credit card used to order.

Register the code within the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System (Same way you entered a registration code), and then get your beret from a Festive Moogle found outside of the Mog Houses in the Port areas in the 3 starting nations.

I just did that, used both the Serial and Unlock Code.



Serial says code already registered, and unlock code saying invalid.

Looks like you are gonna have to call the Support Center again tomorrow. At least you have your codes so that should be enough to help you out.

The product code that was given to me for The Destrier Beret for purchising FINAL FANTASY® XI: Ultimate Collection Abyssea Edition [PC DOWNLOAD] was INVALID when I tried to redeem it. How Does one get a new code?
