When I was researching a probable location for my L...A...U...X... idea. I came across this http://lykaionexcavation.org/ and http://mountlykaion.wordpress.com/ thought it was interesting. I considered the Temple of Zeus at Olympia as well as Temple of Olympian Zeus in Athens and Temple of Olympian Zeus Agrigento. Neat:D

How about she visits the seven wonders but she realizes that (some of ) the wonders were just entrance statues, which means she finds them and thats where some locations good be... (mind you the graphics dpt. would have a field day ...)

the ancient greek and roman/latin culture is easily accessible ... and therefore can be researched and exploited somewhat conveniently.

if you want to stretch your (our) knowledge consider other cultures, like australian outback, nordic, vietnamese, hindu, ancient semites, byzantine a/o eskimo, for example.

@naraku~ your L.A.U.X. story is progressing nicely.

Hummh I gues that explains the upcoming The Mummy 3 film. Is it just me or did uncharted spawn interest in Mayan, Aztec, Incan cultures. Uncharted centers around the quest for El Dorado, Indiana Jones the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull ditto or was it Crystal skull folklore? TR Underworld with the Mayan Calendar.... Did Australian aborigines construct tombs? Guess not... Did Hawaiians??
