Ok this isn't a problem but a dillemma.
My specs:
Intel Core 2 Duo 1.86GHz
1.5GB 667DDR2 RAM
nVidia 7300LE 256MB [Really rubbish, low profille]

So do I need it. I have it enabled with all other feautres including FS AAx2 not x4 [too slow].

I read it syncs frames with monitor to stop tearing but reduces FPS alot. I have noticed that sometimes... not all time anyways my monitor works at 75HZ (Refresh Rate) and so well do I need it...

Will I ever get this tearing... I read something about needing atleast 60HZ well if I work at 75HZ do I need it.

Amateur help accepted but I also want some professional or atleast someone who knows about this thing to help in addition. So If you know a lot about it, do drop eply please...

But don't get me wrong... if you know something then do tell me it will be much appreciated...

Usually this setting does not make any important changes from user point of view, especially if you are using a monitor with high refresh rate. What I noticed before is that VSync is helping with CRT monitors mostly, does not affect LCD's. So if you don't see any graphical quality change with that setting on (especially if you are on LCD), just turn it off.
