First,open the default.ini in system folder of Thief 3.
(C:\Program Files\Thief - Deadly Shadows\System\Default.ini in my case)
Second :Under [flesh] options change the line StaticVPScale from 100
to 75,or 50.It will surely double the framerate:D ,at the cost of decreased screen resolution:( .

Even if the game says that the resolution is high the graphics will still look somehow blurry .Sorry,but i haven't found out any other way to improve the performance so I would recommend this to only Hard-core Thief Fans like me (I hate my computer:mad2: ).Tell me what you think.

How's my English?

Here;s how it looks like:

[Flesh]
; TTP 26348 - set light and shadow intensity tolerances to zero will impede performance,
; but it will fix this bug. They were 10 & 30, respectively. Ian and John Talley will attempt
; some optimizations later.
LightIntensityTolerance=10
ShadowIntensityTolerance=30
StaticVPScale=50
DynVPScale=3000
DynVPMinRotationRate=3000
Overbright=True
Multisample=0
UseNewConversion=True
MaxAnisotropy=0
MipFilter=2
MouseLagThreshold=75
RemapRogueUVs=true
UVThreshold=500
MouseLagThreshold=75

Anyways,the omega drivers didn't improve the framerate,at least in my case.
I have a Radeon X1300 Series (very bad!!!!!).
Good luck with the game,it's really one of the best ever.

P.S. Iron Maiden rules (as do many other metal bands)
