Hi there,

My name is nash. I bought Tombraider Leg. in July but I've just started playing it four days ago(88% done- on Tombraider difficulty of course!). Just want to say that Eidos have done a great job! Thrilled with the new game and Lara's new look is really cool. Altho (and is it just me) or are the puzzles gettin just a tad too easy? Mind you tho, took me all of an hour to figure out the bell/pendulum puzzle in King Arthur's tomb!

Ne hoo, I'm absolutely in love with the soundtrack. Very beautiful music altogether. I've downloaded most of the tracks I really like from this Tombraider chronicles site. Except for one.

Does anyone have any idea where I can get my hands on the nepal theme tune? I absolutely love it altogether. Hauntingly beautiful one might say, in a very ethnic, oriental way. The site I mentioned above doesn't seem to offer it on download..
Anyone have any suggestions??
Thanks very much!

Hi Nash. Are you refering to the music when you start at the crash site? I also just love that piece of music. A while ago I download the music that was extracted from the Windows version from tombraiderchronicles, I think. If you have or find the music extracted from the game, it should be there. In the collection I have it is called Track 47. I'll check later to see if I can find such a collection, but I'm sure tombraiderchronicles would have it.

Hi Ruum Taedor,
Thanks for the info but I've already perused the tombraiderchronicles site quite carefully and I'm pretty sure there isn't any option offered on it to download the TRL soundtrack..
As for extracting the music from the game itself, I wasnt aware u could do that? How is it done?

Sorry actually you can download a few tracks but the Nepal theme doesn't seem to be on offer anyway..

Yes, the game was made easier.

But if you downloaded LimeWire, Im almost positive you could find it. I'll search for it now, just in case though.

OK, tombraiderchronicles does not have the extracted tracks or the music extractor. I think I got it from the following link. It works with the Windows version of course, but I didn't actually extract any music myself, so I don't know how to use it. The exe named in the link is the same name as what I have. See if this works for you.

If that doesn't work for you ^

Got the music extractor off that rapidshare site from the link u gave. It worked a dream!
Thanks again.
Headache, I looked TRL music up on limewire as well but I thought maybe the extractor off the rapidshare site was safer..I've had a couple desktops crashing because of limewire before and the laptop im using now is brand new so I wasn't gonna chance it.
Thanks anyway!

That's the one that I used, it works good. My two favorite Nepal tracks are 44 and 47 (47 more so). 47 is beautiful, but sad, as it's where Lara revisits the plane crash from so many years ago.

And if you use the above linked extracting program, you'll get a list of files numbered from 1 to 67, with a few already-named tracks. Here is a list of where each of those tracks is from. Be mindful to scroll over a bit and notice the 3rd column, as it shows the proper order for the whole list as well (list is not mine by the way, I snagged it from a post in the same thread as that extracting program).

Yes the link was great wasn't it? Without a doubt, the Nepal crash site theme is my favourite too. Profoundly sad and you hear it in the music.
The credits theme is very nice as well.
Thanks for the track titles!

I'm glad you got it Nash. Music has always been a strong point in Tomb Raider, and Legend is no exception.

Thanks for posting the track names, Sorin.

Yes, guys, tracks 44 and 47 are my favs too, 47 more so. It really adds to the sense of adventure at that stage.
