OK all Imperial Glory fans I have a few Windows XP Tweaks.

Step by Step This is for Windows XP Operating System *ONLY*

1. Accessories/System Tools/Disk Cleanup and click, then check everything on the menu. And hit ok

2. Accessories/System Tools/Disk Defragmenter and click, then click Defragment

3. My Computer/Local Disk and right click, then click on Properties, then click on tools tab then click on check now, and check both boxes click start then you will have a pop up that ask you if you want to perform disk check on next restart click yes, and restart your puter.

4. After step 3 is complete and your back to windows click Start tab/Run and type in msconfig and hit ok. Then
Under General Tab click on Selective Startup then uncheck Process SYSTEM.INI File, Process WIN.INI File, and Load Startup Items. Then click Services tab, and check the Hide all Microsoft Services box at the bottom of window. You now will see several service items and Manufacturer. Uncheck all click apply then close and you well be prompted to restart do so. Now many have Virus protection on at startup so if you are connected to the net at all times make sure to leave these services alone do not uncheck them. For those who know how to turn off, and or are able to disconnect then do so before you start this step. And proceed as stated above, as you can start and stop the Virus protection at will.

This is not for anyone who does a lot of Multitasking. This is for Gamers only.

This will give you faster FPS in game.

Windows XP ONLY, all you have to do is:

1. Right click My Computer
2. Select Properties
3. Click Advanced
4. Choose Performance
5. Click Advanced again
6. Select System Cache under Memory Usage. It is usually set on Programs

Then it should tell you need to restart your puter, do so when asked, then as soon as you reboot so a Disk Defrag. and You should have a boost in game performance.

I hope many get help with this little PC Health thread.

If you know more please post what you know.
