In the Setup screen, there is next generation content with grey checkbox. What is this? Is this option needed geforce 7800? Or any other way to activate it?

That option is used to enable X360 quality graphic on your computer.

This demo does not come with X360 graphic, so you can't enable it no matter how good your comp is.

It says in the read me

For installer size reasons on this demo version, the ‘Next Generation’ graphics option has been de-activated. However please check back after the 7th April 2006 for an update which will unlock all the high-end content and fully optimise the demo to that of the full retail version.
So we have to wait another week for it :) .

pixel shader 3.0 and up !!! ATi does not support pixel shader 3.0 in it's x800 series , even though x800 = nvidia 6000 series....

hmm... i hope the "high end" content will also be suppordted in pixel shader 2.0

You need at least 7800GT or X1800XT to play the game with ''Next Gen'' on a decent framerate. People with SM2.0 will not be able to enable ''Next Gen''.
