Here is the story...

After 8 hours of dedication I finally conqured France and Spain. However, after suffer from losing two Colonels and Captain and I thought I could plunder France and its territories to restore my British Strength. However, it doesn't go according to my plan. All of French territories and its land turning to deserted unusable lands. What should I do now? give back France to its own peopl after a overnight fight? or station there and never let it wake up?

OKi..I can do that. BUt should I propose the peace treaty to France first or should I wait till France propose to me because I can't afford to let France rise again and also when I let go of Paris should I station some troops on each one of the territories or the territories will automatically become mine after the peace treaty has been signed?

gah...

if you conquered all of france, including paris BEFORE any peace treaty, you'll get nada, nothing, zippo from the outlying provinces. AND you gotta keep troops stationed in paris.

now, if you abandon paris (ie, let them have it back) AND do a peace treaty, all the other provinces will become your. you'll get the population, the resources and the food from them. you'll also be able to trade with france.

france'll be pretty week, so not much competition. unlikely they'll challenge you.

so abandon it, get treaty ASAP. it should be pretty cheap. and keep some troops on those territories.

answered?? :D
