I was wondering if you guys from Eidos and Pyro Studios could explain abit while developing the game how you guys go about working on the game?

Meaning, wich programming language you use, wich 3D drawing tablet you use, how did you guys started and wich where your initial ideas about the game, how did they evolve and added certain issues to the game?
