I just spent 2 hours on the phone to get a tech rep (who was VERY helpful) about something totally unrelated to Thief. They kept playing this recording while I was on hold about checking to make sure my system met the minimum specs. I thought, "Do you think I'm an IDIOT! Oh, wait a sec...I'm a customer so of course I'm an idiot!"

By the way, I thought the original post was funny.
