Hi.... i need some help.....i tried to play Deus ex 2 demo anda when i run the game a message come telling that the engine requires graphic card with Pixel Shader or greater capacibilities.
I Have a Ge force 4 MMX 440 64mb and i cannot understand why it do not work...because i´ts okay with the requirements.....i got informed about what is this pixel shader and that it´s necessary to play Unreal 2 too anda U2 runs perfectly here.....please anybody can give me a hand?????? I WANNA PLAY DEUS EX 2!!!
I LOVE DEUS EX 1 I WANT DEUS EX 2!!!!!!!!

Please help

Unfortunately, you need to buy a new graphics card. Deus Ex will not run on anything with MX stamped on it, I'm afraid. If you're looking for the cheapest that will support it, lowest you can aim for is a GeForce 3.

****....**** ****..........i can´t believe......there is no way out.......i cannot even think buying a new card.........or....there is a chance.....my father will buy a nwe computer for my sister.......please which graphic card i must buy to play it??? i will buy the correct one to my sister computer......yes......!!! a solution!!! yessss:D please which are the graphic cards 1 must choose?????

Radeon 8500, Radeon 9600, Radeon 9700, Radeon 9800. Geforce 3ti, Geforce 4TI, Geforce FX 5600,5750, 5900.

FYI, Radeons are a better choice.

ATI 9600 pro or XT, ATI 9700 pro, ATI 9800pro, ATI 9800XT depending on your budget..

i've just gone and bought myself a 64mb Geforce 2 man, how dumb is that :rolleyes: :(

didn't cost me much tho. i'll enjoy it while i can and delay my puhchase of IW awhile and get it reduced.
might as well use this card now....... ;)

actualy, people who need card upgrades arn't that bad off. you can find the minimum spec cards for 50 dollars or so. you can get good (not top of the line of course) for about $110-$150
