Why would you send a loyal Square Enix member a defective product or a product that didn't go through quality assurance?

I'm truly outraged for you, and sorry this has happened. I would recommend contacting the support system immediately, as in personal experience I've found the wait for their response can be quite timely. Wishing you all the best and hoping they make right by you.
