After a lot of problems to be able to redeem the game, now this.... is the game that comes with the console xbox one x and i cant play. It tells me it's a preorder and releases 1/11/2019!?!?!?????????

XD. A lot pf probles with this broken games and invisible support.. after complete the story and no make 100% for the various bugs, i have changed game and go back to call of duty ww2.. hope fore more patches..

I didnt. Im waiting a response from microsoft support and asking here for herlp.
The error still there.
And it seems that here they do not give an answer to the problem too

I contacted Microsoft and they told me that they can not do anything. They told me to contact the Square Enix directly ... I sent him emails but they did not answer me. Why do not you try it too?

I have submitted a ticket with the problem thanks.
There are more people talking about this problem in other forums, lets see if square enix listens to us and fixes this problem.

Same problem here, its been 2 days with no update...
This is no way to treat your customers, why is this happening and when will it be fixed ?

Im from spain and we are talking about this problem in the forums of elotrolado.net, which is a very popular videogames forum in Spain.

why do not you tell your Spanish friends to send mail directly to Square Enix? ..... so they see that we are many with the problem .. otherwise they will never solve it ....

Finally an update :
This is a known issue with new console bundles that come with Shadow of the tomb raider. Currently the code is redeemable, but the license does not activate until January of 2019. This is something that we are working on internally and should be fixed soon.Although, there is no estimated time frame on that.

but how can something like this happen, no doubt alot of people are pissed/confused.
Hopefully we will get some kind of compensation...

Don't worry, I've already done it, and some of them have already contacted the support center.

It seems that they have fixed the bug :)
