View Full Version : Square Enix Members Email wrong

I updated my email address in my Square Enix account management page but this change does not update the email address on the Square Enix members page. It still has the old email address in my members profile. Is there a way to get this fixed and have the email address updated to be in sync with the square enix account email address? The square enix account was linked with the members profile under the old email address.

I am also having the same issue. However I can sign into the Square Enix Members page with both my new email and old email address. Doesn't seem to be any way to change the email displayed in the profile settings.

I am also having this issue. I have a wrong e-mail address showing in my Square Enix account. I managed to change my e-mail address in the account management but it does not change the SE e-mail address. What can I do to fix this? What if I ever buy a product and it gets sent to an e-mail that I cannot access? Help please!
