I purchased a copy of Heavensward earlier this week and the email with the confirmation code came within an hour. No issue, no delay..
Yesterday, I decided to purchase a second copy on my mastercard so a friend and I could play and the confirmation code would not come. I thought maybe it was an issue on my end so I requested a refund and redid the purchase on my debit earlier today, and I know this one went through because I received a notifcation from my bank confirming so, and am still having the same issue. I have contacted customer support, but to no avail. It's pretty frustrating when you want to make a new character with someone but cannot. Under my purchases, it still says validating.. does anyone know what to do and how to fix this? Any solutions?
