I have had my UCE since Nov 27. When I opened it they left items out. (Game,Dlc,Movie,and the steel case with Noctis and glad on it) I contacted them immediately and they have been giving me the run around between 2 support systems! Why don't they just have as phone support? They have completely stopped repsonding to me about sending me my missing items. I just escalated my resolutions with PayPal to get my money back. This is ridiculous that the have been ignoring their Customers in a daily basis. 4 weeks is to long for a simple problem to be solved.

thats what SE does.
That's their customer service, they just ignore anything you say.
