What things would you most likely do if you had a time machine (which works ok and allows u to travel thru time).

Forget the headaches of Temperoral Mechanics for a second and think about it...

( TMs like an endless loop of ??? when thinking like; well If I traveled back in time to tell myself not to find the time machine, then why did I find it in the first place? Since I didnt find it I should be here right? ) For more TM, watch Star Trek :)

Anyways... What would you do??

I would probobly go in the future to see how man kind turns out in about 3-4 centuries. (24th-25th century).

Would probobly go back in time and warn myself of most of the bad things that happend to me in life so I can either avoid or better cope with (hey, it does help to be prepared for any situation, right?) those problems. which already happend but It would be different when I got back which means I didnt travel back in time but wha?! :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

... I'm getting a headache ... :(

I'd go one week in the future to learn the lottery numbers to play this week :D

lol. I think thats a gimme.

I'd probobly do that for ever and end up owning the universe :)

I can't believe I was genuinely digging around in my mind for a place in history or the future that I would like to see, and I never even thought about playing the lottery!:eek::o :D

I dunno, aside from the lottery thing, I'd like to go back in time and see how all these historical places came into being--y'know Stonehenge, the Pyramids, etc. Just watch and see how they all get put together. Sounds cheesy, I know...I'll pay for it all with my lottery winnings...:D

invader

Yep, the pyramids would be a good choice for time traveling... as well the ancient Greece. The problem, I guess, would be not speaking the tongue of the old peoples, and they could think we were kind of gods... or evil entities, so they might fancy cutting our heads off eek :D LOL

Hey, I wouldn't mind being a worshipped goddess in ancient Greece.:D I'd just have to make sure I took along lots of impressive modern goodies like real food, and lots of electronic stuff, and an ample power supply of some sort. Just put on a glitzy light show to keep the simple pastoral ancient cultures in your thrall.

do u watch/watched ST: TOS?

Do you recall kirk and the gang debating about "what if" the greek gods were aliens with super abilities and technology. (and would obviously be worshiped) :)

I dont know much about greece. Only the gods I know a bit about..

I guess I should research upon this new god right? If you traveld back in time and became a god .. and we're here now.. :)

Rook

Yep, I saw that episode. The one where they met Apollo and ended up frying his temple.:D And I thought Greek gods were supposed to be nice looking. They couldn't have found a goofier looking guy for the part...:eek: :D

That would be pretty cool! They ought to do remakes of a lot more of the classic episodes.

I'm partial to the "Next Generation," myself. :D

Heehee, or a whole lot of batteries!!

I'd probably have to have a time machine made out of a bus, or something even bigger, just to carry all my goodies around in! I'd be hopping around through history garnering worshippers and collecting artifacts and antiques from various time periods. I can afford to pay for it after I've won the lottery twenty or thirty times--if the authorities haven't caught on by then...:D

invader
3rd Sep 2002, 02:43
umm... that could be real a problem! Maybe you would have to ran away. Which would make a better hideout future or past??

:) A bus is a good idea, but I have to say you seem to be a greedy archeologist :eek:

Remember taking us for a ride, K? ;) Except you get wanted for the lottery stuff sure :rolleyes: :D

Rook

I think I'd look pretty out of place trying to hide in any time period. If I go to the past, I'll look all technological. They'll probably burn me at the stake for being a "witch" or something. And if I go to the future, I'll look really low-tech. Of course, maybe it's better to go to the future looking like an antique than it is to go to the past and look like a demon--unless people in the future are all cyborgs and they sentence me to death for being inferior! EEK!http://www.click-smilie.de/sammlung/sprachlos/sprachlos040.gif

Of course, greed would win me over in the end. I would have to pick up a few artifacts along the way...ok, A LOT of artifacts!:D

And sure I'll take you guys along! There's lots of room on the bus. Just be sure you don't sit on the samurai swords or the Monet paintings--I plan to sell those! And if I go to jail for cheating the lottery and stealing stuff from various time periods, you're coming with me!! :p :D

just the that timeship from voyager :) i think its the uss relativity or something.

Or the timeship form ST: Armada 1. that was a good looking ship.

Lots more room to put artifacts :)

Rook
3rd Sep 2002, 06:59
Oooh, I want the timeship from Voyager (don't think I've seen the other one before :o )! That'd work even better--and look a lot more stylish, too! I didn't really think a time-traveling bus sounded like a very sweet ride, anyway...:D

And I still think it'd be fun (and a little bit evil) to go back in time and freak out a few "primative" people with some modern technology...;)LOL :D

mrdefender
3rd Sep 2002, 14:29
one of the reasons they have the prime directive & the temporal pd.

:)

I guess we'll have to be like kirk. Mention how starship captains vowed to give their lives instead of breaking the P.D then break it in every episode. :)

Rook
4th Sep 2002, 06:18
That's what makes having something like the Prime Directive so funny. It was certainly a nice idea, but in practice, it was all too easy to break the rules...every time... I don't know if I'd play by their rules, anyway. I might just build, buy, or steal a timeship and make up the rules as I go. :DLOL;)

And, since we're on the subject, what's your favorite Star Trek Episode(s)?:D

mrdefender
4th Sep 2002, 15:13
almost all episodes of voyager and any other series that has q in em. Robert Picardo (EMH) did good bones impressions. (i.e I'm a doctor not a voyeur when he was "overhearing" a conversation on the bridge)

I liked DS9 when they were at war with the dominion and Capt. Sisko asks Ensign Nog if he knows where he's going and Nog awnsers "If I get lost, i'll just follow the ship infront of us." then it cuts to a scene with a huge armada of federation, klingon and romulan ships!

I love space battles of DS9.

As for TNG.. Mostly the time travel stuff there. and the ones with Q

I didnt like any TOS episodes, personally. they're ok but TNG was the first series I saw, the begining of DS9 kinda discouraged me of watching that series then I got stuck on voyager! that one rocked!

Well. I guess I should stop typing before I write a novel on the topic :b

I'd buy a copy.:D

I liked a few original Trek episodes, but most of it was just a bit too corny for me. My favorite Next Gen episodes would have to be the ones with Q (especially the one where he became human:D), as well as those involving time travel, and the Borg.

DS9 did get a good bit better during the war. I liked the episode where Cisco is recounting on record how he misled the Romulans into joining the Federation in the war, then he erased his statement at the end. That was cool! And I liked the odd little episode (though I only saw it once, and I'm at a loss to remember the exact details) where you see Cisco's son in the future telling a story about how Cisco got caught in an alternate dimension--or something like that. Like I said, I'm at a loss for the details on that one, but I did like it pretty well. Wish I could see those two episodes in particular again...

As for Voyager, I kind of lost track of it when it switched to cable, and ever since they started playing episodes back on regular television, I always seem to miss them anyway. AARGH!! I did get to see the first couple of seasons, though.:D

I'd say my favorite Trek film would have to be First Contact...

Well. Obviously, this contains spoilers about the series finale of voyager.

As the other series, the finale is/was composed of 2 parts which played after the other. The title was "Endgame" (part 1/2).

I'm not gonna discribe every scene but I will discribe the ones with relavence.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The opening sequence:

You see voyager with fireworks being shot around it. Voyager then performs some barrel rolls and maneuvers to do a pass under a part of the golden gate bridge then increases speed to get above the bridge. In the mean time, the announcer speaks about the thriumphant return of voyager after 33 years and finaly came back. The scene cuts to people on the bridge cheering. The announcer says that, while the screen (real camera) zooms out into a room, anyone would remember this scene 10 years ago when the triumphant return on this 10 year aniversary.

You then here "Computer, end display", a old women picks up a cup and walks towards the window and she positions herself so we can see her face. IT'S JANEWAY! well.. older Janeway.. This is 43 years after voyager was lost in the delta quadrant.

The scene now cuts to the intro. The intro hasnt changed. It still lists the senior officers. (kes was replaced by 7of9, a borg who was freed from the collective by voyager in season 3)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The 10 year aniversary party is on at janeway's (she got promoted to admiral) house/appartment. You see the senior staff. Tom, Belana, Harry, Joe (the doctor/EMH... yes.. after 43 years he chose Joe :D)
Tom moves to meet/greet the doctor.. em.. Joe.. and they both go in greetings. The doctor mentions his fascination in tom's new holonovel and tom says he'll try and get his opinion before its released.
We now go to barkley who toasts to the aniversary. this lasts for about a minute or so.
You then see Janeway talking to older Harry (promoted to captain) about how he regreted not being at Chakotays funeral 4 years ago for being on a deep space mission).
A next scene is after the party, where janeway invites the doctor (who's now chief medical officer of starfleet medical) and peforms a medical exam on her only to find... a clean bill of health. She then asks for a experimental medical substance which helps with temporal radiation (i'm guessing chronotons) and asks for a large quantity of the produce. The doctor points out its not ready for field tests and is in its experimental stages and he cant release it without knowing why, janeway argues its classified and well.. you know the rest.
The doc eventually provides the admiral with the compound and we go to another scene.
The captain is talking out in the open outdoors about how the "family" (crew) isnt complete and that she could change all that (guess how...). She then goes visit tuvok at an institute (nelix drove him crazy :b) and speaks about leaving. (actually, he has a vulcan diesease about 13 years after being lost in the delta quadrant which is a neurological disorder with a cure in the alpha quadrant.. which he didnt get intime since he arrives another 20 years later).
The captain is on her way to a klingon world in a shuttle (treaty is in shambles) and acquires a temporal device from a klingon. She then steals the device and installs it to the shuttle. She says "Computer, deploy armor" then its a awsome scene!! The shuttle's hull gets a turtle-like shell ontop which is practicly impervious to any damage.
Look at it this way, a 3rd hull... The armor goes from 100% to 0%, you then have the shields which goes to 100% to 0% and then the normal hull goes from 100% to 0%. So thats like almost impervious to damage. If voyager wouldve had that armor at the begining. The kazons would never have taken over the ship.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
7of9 is playing a game of cotoscat with nelix over subspace and encounters strange readings from a nebula not to far away. According to the readings, it could mean the nebula has 100's of wormholes in it. CAPTAIN janeway orders an investigation of the nebula and runs into borg ships. they're forced to escape since the borg's hull composition analysis of the nebula means there are hundreds of borg ships in the nebula.. and you know that no 1 ship can stand against 100 borg ships... except for species 8472..

Admiral Janeway then cuts thru time and meets the delta quadrant voyager and says she's come to help them get home.

The borg queen overheard the tranmission and is concerned.

PART 2 in next post.. I need to save this!

mrdefender
6th Sep 2002, 17:20
Obviously, the captain is suspicious about the admiral since she knows she'd never volountary break the temporal prime directive.

(remember, there are 2 Janeways. The Captain and The Admiral. we won't be returning to the future. so captain janeway is "captain" and admiral janeway will be "admiral").

The doctor (who, in this time, has no name) discovers a unusual piece of technology implanted on the admiral's brain. The admiral explains its a neural link that allows her to pilot a ship equiped with a neural reciever (basicly. but this is startrek so theres alot more technobable and long names to discribe it). 7 walks in to sick bay and talks about the future technology. The cloak, weapons and armor technology. 7 says that the cloak is incompatible with voyager's systems but the armor and weapons can be adapted (bummer. all other ships in starfleet cloaked but voyager :( the 1701 cloaked, 1701-d cloaked, defiant had its own cloak).

They then, after installing everything, go back to the nebula in search of the wormholes.

Before entering the nebula, admiral gives a signal to the captain and the captain instructs Tuvok to deploy armor. You then see the ablative armor being deployed along side voyager's hull. suffice it to say, its a awsome scene! They enter the nebulae.

The Queen sends 3 borg ships to attack voyager. After a couple of borg shots to voyager, the armor is down to 97%. The borg try to adapt then the admiral signals the captain and she uses the phase torpedoes. BOOM! one cube is down. the captain then uses 1 on another cube and another one goes down. The queen is forced to recall the 3rd one.

They eventually get to the center of the nebulae and discover a transwarp hub. Acording to 7of9, there are only 6 in the galaxy. they allow the borg to go anywhere. So the admiral orders tom to enter one of the hub gates and the captain asks why the admiral didnt say it was here. There's a squable, the captain orders tom to exit the nebulae, the admiral orders tom to go in the hub gate, tom finally decides to exit the nebula.

They come up with a plan to destroy the hub (wich would leave 5) but the admiral argues that they cant destroy the hub and get home and blah blah. The captain asks if the admiral is absolutley sure about that. They then inject the admiral with something and she goes to borg space to help voyager suceed in their mission.

Once there, the admiral negociates an alliance with the borg queen. She offers the armor and weapons technology to the queen in exchange for a borg cube to tractor voyager back to the alpha quadrant. The queen asimilates the admiral and begins to malfunction. The admiral stats "It must have been something you asimilated". She was injected with a borg plague of some kind.

Voyager then moves in to destroy the hub and are forced to exit the hub but the nearest gate leads back to the delta quadrant. You then see a apature (end of gate) opening in the alpha quadrant. Admiral Paris sends 18 starfleet ships to the apature.
Voyager gets tractored in the sphere's cargo bay.

You then see a sphere exiting the apature and all ships open fire. Captain janeway fires a phase torpedo and the sphere begins to explode, they exit the debris and find themselves in the alpha quadrant in a direct line of sight of earth.

They're then escorted by the other ships to earth.

Everyone made it safe and sound.

Ofcourse, when I mean the captain fires.. she gives the order to tuvok to fire.

In the upcoming movie, "Star Trek : Nemesis" janeway will make an appearance. Rumoured, she'll be ordering Picard!!!! (the new movie is the TNG cast)

My Crew:

Security Officer; Odo (good to have a shapeshifter)
Helmsmen; Tom Paris (great pilot)
First Officer; Janeway (survived 13 years alone in the delta quad)
Ops Officer; Data (where would startrek be without data??)
Science Officer; 7 of 9 (imagine all the knowledge a borg has..)
Chief Doctor; Joe (EMH)
Chief Engineer; La Forge (creative)

Ship: A cross between Intrepid, Sovering and Prometheus class starships.

Not to mention the delta flyer shuttle :)

So...

Yeah, sometimes I feel like I live on Pluto...:D

I'm not really close enough to an actual "game store" to get any chance to see new releases--and I can't drive a car (for screwy medical reasons that I do hope to take care of at some point :rolleyes: ). So, I'm pretty well limited to going to the usual department stores where the selection NEVER seems to change, no matter what new games come out. It sucks baaad...:(

Majel Barret, aka Majel Barret-Roddenberry.. (widow of the creator of Star Trek) Has some nice things for her....

In TOS: She plays nurse chappel.

In TNG: She eventually becomes the Computer Voice

In TNG: She's Loxana Troy (Daughter of the 5th house of the sacred chalace of the holy rings of betazed, or... Troi's mother..)

In DS9: She's still Loxana but no Troi around. Falls in love with ODO, eventually gets "married" to Odo but its to help Loxana keep a baby of another culture.. **

In DS9: Computer voice..

In VOY: She's... yup... Computer voice. but does more than the "Acknowledged" or "beep beep" or "processing"

There's an episode where an EMP entity takes over the ship (and computer) and speaks thru the computer. but all it can say is the normal stuff with a twist..

There's also an episode where the EMH upgrades his program to day dream but some aliens who are trying to destroy voyager hackin to the doctor and ... accidently ... see what he day dreams (so u can imagine what the doctor's day dreaming.. nothing dirty)
Anyways.. Computer gets to say things like, when day dreaming about warpcore overloading, "Cm'on doctor, last time to save the ship" or "Attention: Warp core overload.. sooner than you think"

hehe.

Now why did they replace Dr Crusher with Polaski anyway? I always wondered what was up with that...:confused:

Favorite ST character list:
Original ST: Chekov, Scotty
Next Gen: Data (and maybe even Riker before he grew the beard)
DS9: For some odd reason, I loved Garek. And I couldn't help but get a kick out of just about every Ferengi on that show. (Oh, and Dr Bashir was kinda sweet lookin', too.;))
Voyager: Probably 7 Of 9. She's just cool.:D

I could talk about sci-fi until my chin falls off--or in the case of the forums, till my fingers fall off...

:D

mrdefender
19th Sep 2002, 14:29
I'm not sure of the real-life reason but in the show, Beverly crusher left to work at starfleet medical for most of the season.

So they needed a new doctor. In came Dr. Polaski. She stayed for most of the season. I think this is the before "The Best Of Both Worlds" Season finale. (the one with Locutus of Borg/PicardBorg).

'cause after TBOBW, Beverly is "new" (looks newer) and so is much of the staff. (Tasha died, Worf looked like all Klingons do.. now).

What I found annoying is the Episode "Trials And Tibble-ations" of DS9 (remake of Troubles with Tribbles of TOS) when Odo and Worf are on the station K-7 and meet the TOS klingons then worf speaks that they are klingons and Bashir asks if it was a genetic virus or something.. Then worf says "We do not speak of it with outsiders..."

Then Enterprise (series) has the "new" klingons so we'll never find out what happend... :(

Well... I guess they could've always have been tricked by the Suluban and eventually got their genetic makeup restored... :-/ ??

Rook
22nd Sep 2002, 03:14
Me, too...:(

As for the DS9 episode with the Klingon thing going on, I had a friend who was a Star Trek nut and he said that he had read somewhere that the Klingons that we know today became that way as a result to exposure to Tribbles. (As far as I recall, they were all beamed to the Klingon ship in that episode, weren't they?) If that's true, that will certainly be one of the goofier Trek tales I've heard. And if that's true, it's no wonder Worf doesn't want to talk about it...:D

mrdefender
22nd Sep 2002, 03:51
but as you can recall, same episode. Worf said that the Klingon Empire sent a task force to obliterate the Tribble homeworld "centuries ago" (DS9 time). So you'd think the thing would've reversed itself by then..

Besides, Klingons get stressed out every hour. (hey, they're warriors and who gets more stress than warriors??)

... maybe Picard when Loxana Troi is around ... :D :D :D :D

DS9 also gave me a certain liking for the Ferengi. I couldn't stand em when they were introduced in TNG. I've learned to like Quark.:D

mrdefender
25th Sep 2002, 18:14
I love the ferengi. They're not buisness men, they're lawyers :)

Evil and devious is the lawyer's way.

I never got the rules of acqusition quite right...

All I know of (not by their numbers) is..

"War is good for buisness"
"Peace is good for buisness"
"A contract is a contract is a contract"

I loved Quark. He made a good ferengi.

Rook
26th Sep 2002, 05:05
Very true.:D

I think I remember one Rule Of Acquisition about "exploiting family," but I don't recall it word for word. That's the only one that came to mind offhand.

I couldn't stand Quark when DS9 started. He sorta grew on me, though. Then I ended up liking all of them. A good bit of difference there between their introduction in TNG and how they were played in DS9.

Unfortunately, I never did get to see the Roswell episode, which I heard was pretty good.:D

Rook

LOL That's the username of my email address.:D It's not actually a reference to aliens, though. It's referring to something else.

Wouldn't it just figure that I would miss that episode, and they would never show a repeat of it.:( What happened in it, anyway?

mrdefender
27th Sep 2002, 18:16
Nothing much.

Nog is heading to Starfleet academy and gets a ride in his Uncle Quark's new shuttle (given to him by his cousin.. the cousin of quark..).

Quark seezes this opertunity to smuggle something to earth (forgot the name of it). So they're on they're way to earth, the shuttle malfunctions and roms keeps insisting that he checked everything before they left.. unless... it was desinged to fail...

(might be a good idea to say that Quark and his cousin dont get along very well. I think the guy's name is Galea.. the one who owns the moon..)

So the shuttle is stuck in warp and with all the special cargo (still dont know the name of it) makes the shuttle travel back in time to the 20th century earth.

3 Ferengi and a planet full of primitive humans is enough to make Quark's ears tingle..

Odo was on the shuttle and made it back in time too.. but u dont c him until the end of the show when he shifts from a dog to odo...

The USA thinks the ferengi are a scouting party for an eventual invasion (Yes, even then the USA was a bit paranoid... Maybe Aliens who will meet with us are friendly?? If 1 ship comes, its frienly, if theres 1000000000 then u can panick..)

So the USA tortures the Ferengi for info and odo eventually intervenes and they get back to the 24th century and nog makes it to the academy..

Rook

mrdefender
30th Sep 2002, 15:35
The episode is where the Nuclear Comission plays a suprise test on the Nuclear Power Plant (when everyone is in "nap mode")

Smithers hides 3 of the em.. "exceptional" employees they have and placed them on "Bee guarding" (a bee is in a glass jar which they have to hide..)

Homer breaks the jar, runs like hell.. the bee stings him (u dont c it) when the NC arrives at homer's name.. Homer pops out of the sewer with a huge 3rd buttox (bee sting). They do the test, homer fails miserabally.. even causes a nuclear meltdown in a test van that has no nuclear materials...

Like it or not thats pretty ingenious.. to make a nuclear meltdown with no nuclear materials... :)

Anyways. Homer needs to go to college and get his nuke degree. But college isnt as Homer remembers it so he decided to pull pranks..

Ladadadee... He gets bunked with 3 nerds (trying to figgure out who's would win the fight of Kirk vs Picard...), a prank gets the nerds kicked out of college, homer brings em in to his home...

The 3 nerds connect to the internet and they need another outlet (while Bart And Lisa are watching the "Scratchy gets Itchy" episode) so the nerds unplug the tv outlet just as the dynamite's wire runs out. (obviously, the kids scream).

By the time the nerds plug the tv back in, you see a nuke cloud with "The End" in it.

I can't hardly stand the smell of beer, nevermind whatever it might taste like. And I can't remember the last time I had wine at any gathering--except at my mom's wedding back in about '94 when I accidentally started dipping out of the Champagne punch. I mean there were two bowls of the same punch, and one had Champagne added to it. But, did they bother to label them so anyone would know? Nope. Only chocolate bars I like are Kit Kats, Coffee Crisp, areo and smarties (well.. smarties aren't "bars"). Oh! and caramilk :)

I'm a Mars Bar person myself. Anything with almonds. :D

mrdefender

i hate almonds :( they taste like nothing.

Rook
11th Nov 2002, 03:37
Ooh, I like 'em coz they taste like nothing.;) They are a bit better if they're toasted.

mrdefender
11th Nov 2002, 05:35
or salted.

I liked salted (not too salted..) almonds. But after my therapy, I haven't been able to eat much.

I just taste the salt in almost everything :(

Its gross :(

Well.. Not as gross as no-salt ketchup :eek:

I was on a low salt (and the kitchen thought it was no salt.. due to doctors poor handwriting..) so they gave me salt free ketchup.

It was red water... :eek: :eek:

YUCK!! That's about it for diets. I was on a high-cal (cheese) diet before and after my first surgery. Not sure why though..

Same thing with open heart surgery.

Patients need an open heart surgery cause they have high colestorol and they want you to eat lots of eggs and bacon (high colestorol stuff) before the surgery... :confused: :confused: :confused:

The world works in mysterious ways...

But just about anything without salt tastes like nothing. There's nothing worse than "low sodium" bagel chips! Except maybe the ketchup...http://www.click-smilie.de/sammlung/wuerg/wuerg009.gif

:)

I'm telling u it was horrible!! Even thinking about it sends a shiver down my spine.

Do you know what I was able to eat on a low salt diet??

For breakfast, Hard boiled eggs and some english muffins.
For Lunch, Garden/House salads (that wasnt that bad, i love salads).

For Supper, Salads and anything else I wanted. (but I had the "kid sized" meal.. so i had to order 2-3 salads (1 salad was about 1 1/2 cups).

Ofcourse, this never stopped me to have my parents sneak in some hamburgers in the hospital :)

Rook
12th Nov 2002, 08:15
I don't blame them! You've got to have some real food in there somewhere! :eek:

mrdefender
12th Nov 2002, 17:39
:)

The only food I liked at the hospital was their hamburgers (when they gave you more than ketchup to go with it) and pasta.

Rook

I liked my cheese omelet and coffee just fine. http://www.click-smilie.de/sammlung/grinser/grinser021.gif

What are you guys talkin' about???
Hospital food isn't so bad... at least the one at Children's Hospital isn't. Breakfast was my fav. meal. I got to eat one of my fav. cereals, corn pops. I had chocolate milk, along w/ regular milk, any type of juice I wanted, a plain warm bagel w/ cream cheese, apple sauce, and lots of other goodies. That is still my favorite breakfast up to this day. :)

Rook
13th Nov 2002, 08:34
I know! I never have been able to get a cheese omelet as good as the one I had in the hospital. And most of the other food seemed pretty good, too.

I almost want to go back just to get another omelet.....well, ok, maybe not...but it was gooood!! :D

mrdefender

I thought you were refering to the stooges by calling me curly. :(

What would you think of if I called u curly. Besides, my dad says curly had curly hair so I put 2 and 2 2gether :)

Rook

My Monday face is always evil. I hate my job.

mrdefender
21st Nov 2002, 19:58
A study showed that mondays and fridays were the less worked days for average people.

Everyone hates to go to work on Monday cause weekend is over and friday cause weekend is comming and they can't wait :)

Rook
22nd Nov 2002, 06:55
Not surprising. Considering the line of work I'm currently in, Fridays don't see much work at all, coz everything is just going to look exactly the same by Monday anyway. :D

Can you imagine how the big guy feels?

Prime Minister or President (leader of Canada is a "Prime Minister")

Rook
23rd Nov 2002, 08:07
I'd say just about every day of the week would suck if I had either of those jobs. I could never relax! :eek:

mrdefender

I know what ya mean. I dont do anything and im stressed out.

My luck is terrible. Its one thing after the other.
