OK.. you know how the post count usually pops up in a person's post next to their name and location? Well... it's not showing up on my computer on any of the posts! Is this happening to others?:(

Its been disabled across all forums.

About time, too.

It was voted out by a majority in the Eidos OT forum.

I'm glad they're gone, now someone who is new won't feel weird about being in a forum thats populated with people who have 2000 post when they only have 2.

I deleted my previous post in this thread to bring you a new one.
This is what I understand:
Posts in the Eidos Community Chat WILL NOT add to your post count.
Post count is not visible.
If you look at the members list, it will give you the number of posts OUTSIDE ECC.
If you click "search" for posts next to a member's name,
it will list ALL posts.
I smell an edition of the Eidos Community Review Supplimental coming up
complete with Cap'n Skusting's Wormhole Cam pix.

carry on...

That has been restored back to normal. The rest seems pretty accurate. :D

I'm glad the post count thingy has gone but I need to ask a question. How come some of the post count totals have been completely slashed??? I think I was around 280 or 290 not so long back and I've just looked in the members list to see what it really was and I'm back at ninety odd - why?? Does this mean you thought I was spamming or something and have slashed my total I don't understand???????

Was it because some old threads were deleted?

I just can't seem to get updated. Every time I think I've figured things out.
they change again. Thanks Xcom.

Well, this whole software package is pretty new and admins still playing with the settings trying to figure out the optimal setup for the forums. Therefore some things may not make very much sense now, but we are gonna get there eventually.
