Now that Castle Of Lost Souls is in the final bug hunting / mistake checking stage, I started a new level.

"Oriental Adventure" featuring litepulsar's rather nice china outfit and strangely enough, the oriental tga with a few mods.

Screenshots of the volcano start section are here.

They are quite basic and the tiger does'nt work, just stands there looking mean, anyone know why?

Hope this doesn't take as long as Dhama's Temple of Thieves level.

I love chinese or Asian levels, like GeckoKid's Beneath the Forbidden City.

If Beneath the Forbidden City sucks, how good must your next levels be?

And Storm Chaser, looks quite interesting what I see ;)

That level was very good, it wasn't too hard, but fun to play.

It was a really good example of how the TRLE works (flip-maps, ocb settings, slope puzzles)

Thankyou for your comments.

Not got much of a story yet or much idea how its gonna pan out. I had this idea mainly because of litepulsars china outfit and thought "Orient / Volcanos / Ninjas" and so that was enought.

I intend this time to make a non linea level that you can do in various ways. The main idea is a large central temple with many roads leading off.

Natually there will be things to collect and baddies to waste and I will try to think of some feindish puzzels.

I am far left behind the technics. I don't even know how to compile a wad successfully without getting an anim-linked error. :P

and i lost my trle CD

what i meant my level sucks is that after lookin'@ piega, data and harly wuson's (and of coz many others) levels.... i can just say 'wow'.

my levels in the works are really buggy btw....

And who wouldn't say that his/her levels suck, seeing all those annoyingly beutifull screenshots these days?

And you yet have to prove that your levels are worse :p
...so I'm not believing you :p

Im glad you will make it non-linear. That's rare in custom levels. So i can replay over and over again, and each time will be different.

Wow, it looks really good. Especially the landscapes and formations. Keep it up!
