hiya Outkast

be warned, designing your own clothes is very addictive! :p

First off, the tools you'll need are Strpix which you can download from here (http://www.geocities.com/cyber_delphi/strpix3/strpix3.zip) and a really good paint program.

I strongly recommend that you read Tommy Tomb Raider's outfit tutorial, that's what started me off and it was really helpful. Go here (http://www.angelfire.com/mi4/laras_wardrobe2/tipsntricks1.html) for the tutorial, let us know how you get on! Don't worry about meshes just yet, get to learn more about Strpix and Lara's textures.

My hd is a mess from outfit editing, wads and bmp files everywhere.

Im thinking of giving up outfit editing, it's getting to be very boring for me, maybe moving on to level editing.

lol Larz, awww...I'm pretty organized when it comes to my files, but you're right, there's soooo many bmp files, fabric sample files etc...I love outfit creation, I don't think I could ever get sick of it lol...hmm that may change one day, one never knows :p Look forward to playing your levels Larz :D

It bores me. I made 2 I stopped. Now I made three and am trying to see if I can make a level. Larz, I suggest you try it. Mucho fun. ;) Heres a little piccy of a little thing I'm working on. ;) Keep in mind this is like my second attempt at a level. The first one got deleted. :p

Hehe, not too good, but I'm trying.

Im starting a wetsuit level. They are really fun to me.
Just a simple triggers, enemies, and finding key level.

The level you're making looks real good, cathedral level?

Cathedral/Castle type thing. Took awhile to get started as when I saved the tga in TR2wad, the textures were all off so I had to redo the whole set in Texture Edit setting up the boxes myself. Hard work.
