I'd love to see SR3 have both combat systems incorporated into the game, and possibly have a menu option to select which combat system you'd like to use for the game..

Possibly put the game on a DVD-Rom to accomodate this???

I want constrict back and I want to have to kill enemies with the envirenment like water and sunlight kill vampires (obviously vampires, but perhaps demons could as well. The elemental reavers were supposed to give you other abilities like dark reaver blinds enemies but is useless against vampires and the fire reaver kills vampires quickly, but fire demons are immune. This type of thing was going to be in SR2 but wasn't. So I'd like that in SR3. I want to consume Turels soul as well. It was really cool in SR1 when he'd power up like that. Oh, yeah and an attack spell based on the current element of the reaver.

25) The (physical) Soul Reaver from a find

In the released Soul Reaver 2 the upgrades and specail pick-ups you would have received are...

01 ) A (modified) Soul Reaver from (encountering) it's former physical self.

C. projectile moves objects
D. no special ability
02 ) The Light Reaver from The Light Forge

****** Under the Reaver abilitys I have included the upgrade ability even though I list it seperatly below the listed Reaver. I did this to show the maximum amout of abilitys, which was to be around six abilitys each for a miximum of about 44, that each Reaver upgrade was to have. Also, I have aranged the abilitys in a different patern that what Crystal Dynamics has decribed. Crystal Dynamics decribed each Soul Reaver Upgrade as to have most of the following: an aimed function, a projectile function, a blade function, a key function, and an enhanced move.
******* It is not confirmed that on of the cut abilitys is fact that the type of Reaver used on different enimies would affect affect them in different ways. For instance using the Light Reaver on a Shade would kill it more easly than using the Air Reaver. We do know that at one point different enimies were effected by certian the use of an upgraded Reaver and many people fermilor with the cut materal think Reaver sensivity was cut. It would make a lot or sence. Killing a Vamprie Hunter with the Fire Reaver would be less difficutlt than killing him with the Air Reaver.
******** It is not confirmed how Raziel would have gotten the Glyphs in SR2 but if it is anything like the way he got them in LoK: SR he would have receaved the power form a Glyph Artifact.
********* It is not clear how Raziel would have aquaried the Reaver Upgrades.

Thats it. :p

Whoah, that's a lot !!

Let's not forget that Kain, has the Corporeal Reaver.
When Raz slipped back into Spectral, it was because Kain pulled the blade out of Raz's chest.

So how about the option of playing as either both Raziel or Kain ?
Both have their own unique abilities, and both have their own path to follow before reaching the end.
(Later on in the game, their stories can be intertwined.)

And your point is?

Using old threads to post constructive responses is actually encouraged. One, it demonstrates the ability to use the Search function and two, it spares the masses duplicate threads and copy and merge jobs by yours truly.

While it's clear that our new friend didn't check the dates of the thread before responding rather unconstructively, we should take the time to be considerate of such mistakes and avoid calling unnecessary attention to them on the boards. Remember: Melodrama = Bad.

With that said, if your intent is to complain about old threads being resurrected, kindly keep those sentiments to yourself as no harm is actually being done and you can refrain from coming across as trollish.

This issue can be debated further via Private Channels. Thanks. :)
