If shot in the laboratory after a fire evacuation in the house was triggered Silvio may run around the entire map for about 20 minutes before going to his plane.

If you load a save where this is occurring he will just stand in place.

If you load a save after lowering moving the observatory the telescope itself my just not be there.

The butler sometimes stops after his first turn and simply stands in place in the entrance hall (only observed as therapist).

Found more NPCs in both areas who die when put in a hold.

pretty much the same on ps4. The game is close to being great, but stuff like this ruins it. And there are tons more. Silvio's audio is barely audible in the scene where you kill him as he's watching his VHS tape. Load a save and it's back to normal. Same for a lot of the game. Audio problems all over the place. The subdue/kill bug is the most annoying, Happens to the guy in the funeral parlor every time. This better be fixed on Tuesday's update. Frame rate issues in Sapienza are still a big problem as well.
