Is Square Enix aware of this? https://i.imgsafe.org/c3019c6.jpg Seems weird they'd allow such use of their image.

Probably not many of us here speak that language, so you might want to translate for us what exactly it says.

Oops sorry Driber, forgot to translate :) It says "Don't Imitate the Lifestyle of Heathens"

Thanks for the translation, spacecowgirl :)

Hmm yeah that certainly doesn't look like something that has been officially approved by SE. Most likely the author simply gathered some images from google search and included it in his book without getting permission from SE.

Though I'm not sure he even had to. I'm no legal expert but this might fall under fair use. But maybe I'm wrong.

It sure is a bizarre usage of FF characters!

I like the piercing collage, very post-modern "Microsoft Paint". Oh well, no more Chocobo riding for my muslim friends I guess! ;)

Heh. Where did you find this anyway?

An Indonesian friend saw that in a bookshop. Who knows, might become a collector's item?

That's interesting.
