I'm really surprised that we've had the forge this long and no one's made a thread about the best new builds, or at least a bragging wall or something.

So what I'd like is for people to share either really good crafted builds which they use, or dream builds which you have yet to achieve. It would also be nice, especially for more interesting or unorthodox builds, if people could do some justification.

Obviously you don't have to be exact about all the numbers, just which stats you want, which you don't, and where you want cooldown reductions.

Depends what class you are going to use and what kind of loadout... and what kind of play style you have
I am just lazy to put all information... too much text

Not gonna lie, have pretty good stats on three of my items but dont wana say what it orientated around in fear of a nerf, if you get enough blood vials though you can get some great stats, for me its all about getting -stats that aren't really noticeable (-5% dodge time)

I gave it all to my Vanguard to help me as I finished leveling him out.

Quite frankly, I already had several really awesome things from before the original nerf to items. At one point certain combinations were possible that aren't now. I have a couple weapons that I want in particular, but I doubt I'll see them unless the stars align right. So, since I have them, it's assumed others do too. It's not necessarily new, so people might not post about them.

EDIT: The forge, to me at least, was simply a way to finally organize and clean up 100+ special weapons in my inventory.

Well, I have no idea what this item nerf was. Unfortunately my old comp couldn't really pay Nosgoth back then, so I didn't get many items.

Well anyway, here's my tyrant:

I really love the attack speed and especially all that increased melee damage. Max health would be nice too, but I just love smashing humans. If I were to change anything it would be the bounty kill speed, and get more health or increased melee damage, but the bounty speed is quite nice. If anyone has suggestions for the build then let me know.

It is rly sad that this thread is mostly ignored :(
I think a lot of player would need help with their Items...
For example I would need some help with my human side.. I have no idea which stats I should put on my Aalchi /Hunter skills and weapons.

I would say the best stats for vamps are:

Tyrant
Dmg below 33% Health (enrage buff)
Additional Health

Deceiver
Cooldowns (the skills is all a deceiver needs)
Attack speed

Senti
Cooldowns (same as deceiver)
Dmg below 33% health (awesome long rage dmg and Puncture just rocks with it)

Summoner
Attack speed
Cooldowns

No idea about Reaver because I don't play him.

Hey guys awesome thread. I agre with shikei, for reaver i would go wit attack speed and dmg or cooldown, dpeneds on personal preference. I saw once fully perked reaver with speed and he was almost as fast as in haze^^
Btw I cannot reroll my second perk on tyrant shockwave, its locked, i can first one but not the second one, which sucks the most cos its negative -4 dmg below33, .Ive other arcane abilities and ther ewas never a problem to reroll it. Anyone had the same problem and know how to solve this? thx

Have u rerolled the first perk once ?

Because as soon as u reroll one perk the other gets locked..

Yeah i did this. Is this a bug or its intended? So there is no way to reroll that one other than salvaging and buying new one and hoping for the best? It seem like a waste of ton of gold and blood, not speaking of my nerves :/

This is intended so u have to find at least one good stat and cant just "create" ur perfect weapon^^

IMHO, since attack speed increase is marginal at best, or for a short burst when you kill someone (highly unlikely odds to solo one in a competitive setting, or to predict you,re going to get that bloodlust buff when it's pretty uncommon to go on a successful rampage vs good humans), HP increase and cooldown reduction is key for vampires. Sure it's fun to have that +11% attack speed but in a real fight 1, more hit over 10 hits ain't making any real difference, rarely do you have time as a vamp in a comp setting to hit one guy multiple times with smal melee hits, you have to focus fire with teammates (target dies really quick) and do charged melee hits folowed by quick hits to finish., the +4% melee damage when low on HP is interesting but is practically ineffective, since at low HP you have a very high odds of going SPLAT in the subsequent seconds of a fight. In the end it can give you a very good benefit (I have a good build on Tyrant and I can get 500+ charged attacks) although like I said, it's marginal and unreliable (although very spectacular).

IMO as human HP increase and sprint speed have the most direct effects on your performances (survivability is key), I've seen some really strong human builds that it was impossible to catch up with as a vamp, by the time you get to them you get CCed and destroyed by respawns or teammates. Think about 2% sprint speed increase on your abilities and +3% on your weapon, +12% the perk. = +19% icrease. Add to that a +5%HP on your weapon, +2% on your abilities, total +9% = 1144 HP, that's the one more vamp hit, difference between death and a healing station nearby.

For me, before this forge patch I thought + ammo buff was the best on almost every human but now I changed my mind, since you can't stack + ammo buffs, you go for better survivability straight up and a more hazardous chase (you can start to kite and let your teammates hammer the vamps, once they're melee range, you can even get out of vampire reach with such run speed).

I dont have such a setup yet but mathematically I think this is the best setup.

The same goes for me, I did the math on that to and I'm pretty sure that stats get added up first before implemented.

To clarify:
Hunter Repeater: 22 ammo * 0.05 (weapon stat) = 1.1 -> The game ALWAYS rounds up so 2 ammo more.
Hunter Repeater: 22 ammo * 0.09 (all stat) = 1.98 -> again 2 ammo more.
Only with the Perk ammo increase u get either +4 (0.15) or +5 (0.19) ammo^^

Btw. Whoopdidoohah I rly like ur idea about the kiting Loadout.

For me, ability cooldown reduction has always felt like a safe bet for any class.

Does anybody have Alchemist's weapon/ability with Clip Size buff or it's unavailable for that class?

I have heard that clip size stat is not aviable for Alchi, and I have never seen one.. tho I don't know for sure..

Ouh nice one :D

But the 5% increased spread and the 12% increased recoil would be a bit much for me xD

That recoil and spread is killing you, killing you. Salvage those horrible items and try again. Your bola is good though.
