I'm a new Let's player and I'm starting off with Soul Reaver. I wanted to mention that here because I know not everyone who plays Nosgoth knows about the lore or has played any of the games, I figured my videos might be a good place to send people who want to know more about the Legacy of Kain series but cannot play the game themselves for whatever reason.

That's the link to the first video (at the time of posting this it's the only video I have so far, but I will be banging out the rest of them as soon as i'm able.) I own Soul Reaver 2 and Defiance, And even Blood Omen 2, and will be willing to play all of them if people are interested. Like I said i'm new, so bear with me as this is all a learning process.

(If i'm breaking any rules by posting this here, my bad!)

I'm up to episode 9 now and most of the way through the game, thank you to everyone who's taken the time to watch me play!

You were asking about some differences to the intro in your video. The reason it's different is that the version on GoG and maybe Steam has been modded in order to function properly. The original intros didn't work due to a plugin not being maintained, so Wrace added a higher res version with a slightly different dialogue. You can read about it in the Soul Reaver forum:

You can download the normal intro off of my One Drive (https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=E5CDEEF05EC5E4E7%211031). You might need one of the Bink32 files to play it also. That's if I have it setup to share right, heh.

In you installation folder, just replace the Intro and/or bink file.

Thanks but it's alright, it's just a cutscene i've seen a dozen times already.
