Hey Hitman Go Team,

throughly enjoyed your game.
I purchased it a couple weeks ago through the South Korean App store.
I heard of the recent update and wanted to download it again.
But it can no longer be found!
What happened?

Hey, thanks for the feedback. It's pretty weird that the game's vanished. I'll ask the team to take a look into it and then I'll get back to you ASAP.

Ok...it's been almost two weeks and there has been no reply.
What should I do now? Do I have to take this a step further?

This was a tricky one.

It turns out that the age rating system in South Korea changed and it's now no longer possible to list games for sale with the age rating that Hitman GO has, so we were required to remove it from the store.

As you have already purchased the game though, I'm not sure what the process will be for getting updates. According to this doc on Apple Support (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519), it might not be possible to re-download because the game is no longer on the store. Please check that link and let me know if you have any luck. Unfortunately, it's an Apple policy so we wouldn't be able to help you get the game back on your device.

Ok, thanks Travis for your efforts.
That a true bummer. It's crazy that customers do not have any power to prevent something like this from happening. This should make an interesting article.
