View Full Version : Mouse Cursor Issue

26th Feb 2014, 16:32
I am playing the PC steam version of Thief. In menus, the mouse cursor is misaligned with the menu. Something else I have noticed is that the mouse cursor is the windows mouse cursor, which I am unsure if this is the way it is supposed to be or not but it raises the question as to whether the cursor doesn't line up or if the windows cursor is being displayed instead of the game cursor. The game is set to run full screen, not windowed. I have no alignment issues with gameplay, only game menus.

I am running an nvidia surround display consisting of three 1920x1200 displays. My surround resolution is 6032x1200(bezel corrected).

System specs are as follows:

Intel Core i5-3330S
8 Gigs DDR3
Nvidia Geforce GTX 780 (Using driver version 334.89)
Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

I too have the same problem, but I have AMD Eyefinity.

I suspect it's because our monitors are 16:10 and the game renders the menu for 16:9 displays.
I think this is kinda weird, since this is one of the few games that actually letterboxes cut scenes so they only show on the middle screen and don't spill partially into the side monitors.

Thank you for reporting this issue.
Have you tried running the game with Exclusive Fullscreen turned on?
