They seem to have alot of good and ambitious ideas about it which is usually a good thing..

Being ambitious is one thing, delivering is another.

Well, I've been a TR fan since the Third game so I'm pretty much a loyalist to TR franchise and Eidos. ( Yes, I know I should play TR1 and especially 2. I just haven't had time to purchase them. )

Honestly, I loved TRU Except the fact that there was NO Final Boss Battle which was upsetting.
That's my only worry for this game.

I don't want to get too excited about the game and, to be honest, I'm not because I don't want to get disappointed. In my opinion, CD talks too much and gets all people hyped.
A lot of fans are already excited about an open world exploration but the new game will not be an open world, as it was said in the podcast. It will be possible to explore the areas freely but it's not going to be Just Cause!
What's more, I'm a bit worried about the engine of the game. If it's supposed to be a reboot and CD wants us to forget everything we knew about Tomb Raider why are they using the old engine? I'm a bit sceptical if it was really rebuilt from scratch. They said exactly the same thing about Underworld.

funnny I never thought looks were the issue at hand. I thought it was gameplay and replay value. I loved Underworld, but there was no replay value. Spend the whole game looking to collect that stupid hammer and use it for 10 secs... Then you beat the game and cant use it or anything you collect on the next playthru
