Fact i should have named this topic into "have you ever played a game from beginning to end without making a huge pause ?" ...

Note that Life itself is not a eligible choice ...

Hmm. I am definitely sure i played Oblivion for 7 hours. Nothing has beaten that yet.

Brackstone17
29th Jun 2010, 21:11
I did a run of Republic Commando until I beat it without any breaks longer than 5 minutes. I think it took about 6 hours.

Bevacur
29th Jun 2010, 21:13
6 hours? I feel like a low life loser now...7 hours with no breaks playing a game murdering lizardmen, cat people, robbing shops and also killing a innocent fan more than once in brutal ways? I officially have hit rock bottom.

I think my first time on mass effect took 6 hours of my life away... good times

Well Slash did came here , and i finally have me some decent answers , here's mine ...

Most of my playthroughs with Grand Theft Auto IV and Fallout 3 lasts around twelve hour every day , but since it's not from beginning to end it doesn't count ...

(Also i must have forgotten a few old PS2 games , but not like if you all give a damn anywya ...)

# Dead Men ... it was either ten or twelve hours , don't remember , i did purposely streched it out though , by walking around and looking at the scenery , from two or three in the afternoon up to after midnight ...

# Ratchet & Clank 3 ... played it from beginning to end non stop in Sixteen Hours , started from four in the afternoon , played it up to eight in the morning ... i don't know why , maybe because it was such a improvement over Rachet & Clank 2 , now that was ridiculously hard for a Teen games , rated 3+ in the U.K Damnit ! ...

# Guns of the Patriot ... from noon up to noon ... of the next day ... yep , twenty four hours ... I didn't even liked the game that much , but damn , it was a experience that i just couldn't let go , around twenty three hours and three quarters , but lets just say it was twenty four hours , a whole day , non stop , and more entertaining than any of Jack Bauer's damning days ...

Metal Gear Solid 4, I believe I did the same for it except my gameplay was from 4AM to 4AM and then I took a nap and went to school.

I remember putting many hours into Devil May Cry series, mostly the first and third as DMC2 didn't have the same tone, it was too bland. Anyway, these games you just can't move on until you beat to the next level and then you just want to play some more. Frustrating yet fun games, that's for sure.

Plus some games I remember beating in one sitting; Silent Hill 2, Metal Gear Solid 3, Resident Evil 3, Resident Evil 4, etc.
