Remember how the 2 part of the K&L2 logo is changing colour in the videos? Wouldn't it be awesome to have a .gif kind of animation of it as a wallpaper on the desktop? Like this one, but animated with different colors:

Can anyone do it?

I don't know I think it might end up looking kinda cheap, unless someone manages to make it look like it's acutal light tubes changing colour.
So unless that happens it'd probably be best if you took that last part of this trailer (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jt6fR4Jsw0g&playnext_from=TL&videos=i0-xKEJJN1g) and edit it
but it'd also be tough to make that one look good as a wallpaper since it's slightly zooming and the lights don't go dark again after the second colour change and all that :\

sadly that kind of wallpaper doesnt exist.. but a screensaver can be made and it would be really great in my opinion

I guess you would make it a .gif? Never used used an animated desktop before or don't know how to make my own screensave but if you do then you should crop the logo from a high res video.

wow this is great! However I just found out that for some reason it is impossible to have an animated wallpaper on any windows version newer than xp
Maybe theres some kind of software to fix this problem...

The animation is a bit small, but still looks very nice on my desktop.(I have XP) Thanks a lot.

Also, is there any way to resize it so it wouldn't look pixelated? Like twice or three times the size? I don't have any experience with image editors, so I don't know how.

That was in the highest resolution of the trailer I could find (960 x 540).

I found a way to do it.

There was a program I downloaded that makes "Dreamscene" work on Windows 7. I then made a video of just the animated logo, and set it as desktop.

And here is the cropped video file I made for it:

Thanks for the great idea! :D
