I just read this earlier. REALLY looking forward to be playing around with the settings. ^^

EDIT:
This should perhaps be moved to the PC section.

Boring "exclusives". :( I was looking for more concrete ones like an improved in-game recorder or guns or choppas or other PC goodies.

Pretty much all I was hoping for.

I think you underestimate the visual improvement that 3D/Increased details/soft shadows/SSAO can provide. This will be a HUGE boost compared to the console rendering.

Too bad there is no PhysX implemented, with all the stuff already for PC users. I'm still very happy NVidia card owner though...

Well, whenever I play with 3D vision enabled its not like HOLY **** I CAN TOUCH IT!!!! it's mor elike "Oh I can sorta see a difference with the depth and stuff". Then again I'm using the anaglyph thing, not the specialized flicker glasses Nvidia offers.

I saw how the soft shadows looked in the latest movie. And mother of god did they look good.

"water reacts to Rico swimming"

Does it?

I didn't see any ripple effects what so ever, the water didn't react to anything. It had spray animations over the top of it, but that didn't look too good. Have any of these devs ever seen a boat on water?

That's one thing that really annoys me with some games, anything moving through water automatically creates white frothy splashes or a white trail.. even if it's moving at 2mph!

Also, who on earth has two shadows from one light source? In the video you see the realistic shadow, then a random blurry one directly underneath him! Does he constantly have a lamp above him or something?

That is all...

This might sounds like crap but many times when it's full moon here and you walk outside you have a very light blurry shadow over ya.. if Rico is in the city or somthing and there light from the city lights that create his big clear shadow and the moon creating his blurry second shadow then thats fine for me but if that happens in daylight then i would be more like WTF:confused: Maybe he has a evil shadow following him xD
