Nah, not issues, tech issues!
My screen is completely flipped out, flickering between greenish and plain black with contours.

Your computer does not seem to be able to run Mini Ninjas at an acceptable level judging from your computer system. Neither does your graphics card support Pixel and Vertex shaders which are a must for modern PC games. All-in-all if you failed the test the only other options are to A) upgrade your system or B) buy/rent the game for another system.

How do you upgrade the system?

Your computer needs an updated graphics card. You will also be needing a new CPU which, depending which route you take, will probably mean a new motherboard as well. Looking at your system as it is it will not be able to play many of the newer games, not just Mini Ninjas.

Thinking about it you are more than likely going to have to upgrade your complete system because upgrading your CPU, graphics card and mobo will more than likely need a new power supply as well. To be honest it may be more prudent, and cheaper, to just get a new computer or build one.
