Hello:

I don't know if any of you have heard of this, but the latest game I am playing (B:AA) uses it
and it is partly an Eidos game. The thing is the game is dependent on Games For Windows Live working on your PC and MAYBE the next Tomb Raider game will follow suit.

I don't want the next TR to follow suit and use this GFWL online network.

How about you?

I haven't played B:AA on PC yet, but I have played a few GFWL games and it is a little intrusive. It is possible to create an offline profile, but each play session I get a message about how I can't unlock achievements, etc. Not a big deal and at least the online component is technically optional.

On the plus side, a publisher releasing a game under GFWL usually means they are going to release DLC on the platform. If it's good DLC (or free), then it would be nice to see that it's for PC and not just consoles.

I don't really care about GFWL being in future games or not... I just hope this means that they're gonna pay more attention to us PC players, and not just console players...
