So I'm using Vista.
When I put the disk in it does not auto run.
So I go directly to my disk drive from my computer
I get to a screen where it gives Installion/Install DirectX/Play Game e.t.c

When I click install its tells me "Windows cannot find INT/Setup.exe, make sure you named the file correctly and try again"

Any ideas on whats going wrong with what I thought would be a simple installation.

That sounds like your disc is not being read properly.. the INT folder is in the root of the disc.

You could try copying the contents of the disc to a folder on your machine. If it gives you any errors doing this would confirm your disc is damaged somehow

Aye, I checked the INT folder, found setup with a strange icon but it reverted to the normal EXE icon when I clicked it and it seems to be installing fine straight from that.
Fingers crossed I dont need to send a damaged copy back to amazon.

Edit - Its halfway through installation and hasn't asked for the CD key yet. Or is it going to that whenI attempt to play the game.

CD key is the GFWL key, it will ask for that when you go online

Im getting the same problem, but when i check the disc contents there is no INT folder, only an INT file, which isn't an exe and is 0 KB.

It's also unresponsive when i double-click or right-click it.

Even the read-me docs are 0 KB and unresponsive.

could this be a faulty disc?

Yeh that sounds like a very faulty disc if its saying the files are 0kb :(
