Why would you send a loyal Square Enix member a defective product or a product that didn't go through quality assurance?

I'm truly outraged for you, and sorry this has happened. *I would recommend contacting the support system immediately, as in personal experience I've found the wait for their response can be quite timely. *Wishing you all the best and hoping they make right by you.
